Leo Zapata has a diverse work experience spanning several companies in the automotive industry. Leo began their career at Delphi Automotive Systems in 1997 as a Manufacturing/Systems Engineer and worked there until 2005. Leo then moved on to Panasonic Automotive Systems where they served as an Engineering Manager from December 2005 to May 2011. Leo then joined HARMAN International as a Site Engineering Manager from May 2011 to July 2013. Following this, they worked at EnPro Industries Inc. as an Engineering Staff Manager from July 2013 to August 2017. Currently, Leo is employed at Sanmina as the Director of Corporate Quality, Automotive, a role they have held since August 2017.
Leo Zapata completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic & Communication Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in 1997. Leo then pursued a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Brownsville, completing MBA Foundation Courses in 2005. Leo further enhanced their business skills by completing a Post-Graduate degree in Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas-Pan American in 2011.
