Nicola Vialetto is a Technical Sales Consultant at Sanmarco Informatica Spa since September 2020, responsible for managing customer relationships and driving project development from initial meetings to completion while collaborating with the marketing team to identify new clients. Previously, Nicola served as Team Leader of Software Development within the R&D center at Sanmarco Informatica Spa, overseeing a team of eight developers in the creation of a new ERP solution. Prior experience includes working as Responsabile di Reparto Produttivo at Brembo S.p.A., where Nicola managed a production team of 95 workers and was accountable for selecting, training, and managing staff to achieve key performance indicators.
