Matthew Herr, MHA has over 15 years of experience in various roles in the education and technology industries. Matthew most recently worked as a Senior Consultant at Strata Information Group starting in 2023. Before then, they worked at Carnegie, powered by Underscore, as an Integrations Senior Slate Strategist from 2021 to 2023 and as a Slate Implementation Strategist from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Enrollment Data Management at Cabrini University from 2019 to 2020 and the Sr. Director of University Admissions at Marywood University from 2018 to 2019. In 2017, they became the Director of Transfer Admission and Technology at King's College and was previously its Associate Director of Transfer Admissions from 2016 to 2017. Lastly, they worked at Lehigh University from 2010 to 2016 in different capacities such as Associate Director Of Admissions for Data Management and Technology, Sr. Assistant Director of Admissions, and Asst Director of Financial Aid.

Matthew Herr, MHA attended King's College and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration between 2002 and 2006. From 2006 to 2009, they went back to the same college to earn a Master of Science in Health Care Administration.
