Kwanele Mdakana is a Recruitment Assistant at Sanlam since February 2019, focusing on recruiting Financial Advisers for the East Coast Region and managing the Recruitment Manager's diary and meetings. Previously, Kwanele served as an EME Analyst at Xcelerate Verification Agency from September 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included analyzing and verifying Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) compliance, interpreting legislation, conducting audits, and compiling detailed reports. Kwanele holds a degree in Social Sciences, specializing in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Organizational and Labour Studies from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed between 2015 and 2017.
