Chantal Julies is an experienced Operations Manager at Sanlam, having held the position since March 2010. Under Chantal's leadership, the team achieved recognition as Management Team of the Year in 2020 and Team of the Year in 2022 for introducing robotics to processes, as well as a nomination for third place in Integrity and Accountability in 2023. Previously, Chantal served as a First Line Manager from 2013 to 2018, earning the First Line Manager award four times during that period. Chantal began the career at Sanlam as a Process Assistant in the Client Contact Centre and also co-owned Curves from March 2007 to May 2008. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Business Management from Stellenbosch Business School and coursework at the University of Cape Town.
