Danielle Haupt is a seasoned professional in learning and development with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Sanlam Investments since June 2022, Danielle previously held the position of Platform Academy Learning and Development Lead at Triggerise and returned to Sanlam Investments in January 2022 after initially serving in the same role. Danielle's earlier roles include instructional design and training positions at Capfin, The Shoprite Group of Companies, Sturrock Grindrod Maritime, and Absa, where responsibilities ranged from designing learning programs and e-learning projects to facilitating training. Academically, Danielle holds a National Diploma in Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed several specialized courses, including a Management Development Programme from GIBS Business School and a Master Coach Practitioner Programme from Outerbox Thinking.
