Mbonny Maumba, the Head of People Operations, has worked in Human Resources for over 12 years, serving in leadership positions in the banking, renewable energy and telecom industries. Mbonny joined us from the Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank, where as Head of Human Capital and Administration, she advanced organizational effectiveness by recruiting top talent, designing and implementing performance management programs, as well as staff development and wellness programs.
