Smitha Kamathi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as an Application Consultant at Siemens EDA and as an Application Engineer at Mentor Graphics since September 2017, Smitha also holds a position as a Design Engineer at Intel Corporation since January 2014 and at Sankalp Semiconductors Pvt Ltd since August 2012. Additionally, a brief tenure as a contractor at AMD involved automating quality assessment flows for standard cell library characterization across various technologies. Smitha's technical expertise includes working on the development and quality assurance of EOS and HVDRC flows, utilizing scripting languages such as Perl, Tcl, and Skill. Smitha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GM Institute of Technology, earned between 2008 and 2012.
