Saulius Adamauskas is an accomplished IT and finance professional with extensive experience in leading diverse teams and driving transformative initiatives within organizations. Currently serving as the Head of IT at Sanitex since November 2013, Saulius is responsible for IT transformation, digitization, and delivering effective project management across multiple countries. Previously held roles include CFO and CIO for the Baltic states where management of logistics and financial control departments took place, as well as leading the Baltic logistic financial control and analysis department to enhance business efficiency. Saulius's early career included positions at Swedbank and UAB Židinių meistrai, focusing on project management and corporate client services. Saulius holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics / Technology Management, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Kaunas University of Technology.
