Denis C. has had a progressive career in HR and leadership roles, starting with Loblaw Companies Limited as Senior Director of labor relations and safety in 1999. Denis then moved on to RONA as VP of People and Culture, followed by a similar position at Sanimax. With a brief stint at Walmart Canada as Executive HR for the East Region, Denis returned to Sanimax, eventually rising to Executive Vice President for South America & Country Manager for Sanimax Colombia. Throughout their career, Denis has demonstrated expertise in strategic development, governance, and people & culture.

Denis C. attended Université Laval from 1983 to 1988, where they obtained a degree in Industrial Relations.
