Dhriti Mittal is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive experience in youth-oriented projects focused on suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. Currently serving as the Research and Youth Coordinator at Sangath India, Dhriti plays a pivotal role in the Outlive! suicide prevention programme, which targets urban youth in marginalized communities. Previous roles include serving as a Research Consultant and Consultant on various mental health initiatives. At Nirvega, Dhriti developed workshop curricula and delivered workshops on mental health awareness. Dhriti's academic background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Delhi University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
