Tiffany Evans, MSW, Ed.D., currently serves as the Assistant Head of Upper School and Interim Assistant Director of Residential Life at Sandy Spring Friends School, beginning in July 2023. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Dean of Students at Oldfields School from July 2022 to June 2023 and served as Co-Head of School at The SEED School of Maryland from July 2008 to August 2020, along with various roles in student life management. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Monarch Boarding Academy at Bellefaire JCB from 2005 to 2008. Tiffany holds a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership & Change from St. Edward's University, a Master's degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland. Tiffany also completed the Promising Principals Academy through the Maryland State Department of Education and participated in Leadership Baltimore County.
