John Perry is an accomplished finance professional with a robust background in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Vice President and Commercial Real Estate PM III at Sandy Spring Bank since June 2019, John has extensive experience in underwriting commercial real estate loans and conducting thorough credit analysis. Previously, John worked as an Intern at NVR, Inc. in 2018, where knowledge of the home building process was gained, and also at Reston Wealth Management in 2017, contributing to client investment profile management and real estate investment evaluations. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Grove City College, graduating in 2019.
