Javier Rodriguez currently serves as Financial Reporting Manager and Assistant Vice President in Mortgage Accounting and Analytics at Sandy Spring Bank since May 2020. Previously, Javier held the position of Assistant Controller and Fleet Management Supervisor at Enterprise Fleet Management from January 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included analyzing financial stability and developing customer satisfaction guidelines. Javier’s earlier experience includes roles such as Accounting Supervisor and Staff Accountant at Enterprise Holdings, Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where Javier excelled in financial analysis and client recommendations. In addition to professional experience, Javier served as Vice President of Finance for Enactus at UNLV, focusing on community projects and financial literacy. Javier earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completed in 2012.
