Rachelle Zabka is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in food science and technology. Currently serving as the Procurement Manager at Sandy Pine Systems since October 2021, Rachelle has previously held similar roles at Conagra Brands from March 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included managing the procurement of various food ingredients such as tomato, starch, soy, and plant-based proteins. Earlier experience includes positions at Cargill as a Feed Ingredient Merchant and Export Merchant, and as a Quality Management Chemist, where Rachelle honed skills in purchasing, supplier development, and market analysis. Rachelle also has a foundation in research and analytics from work as an Analytical Development Lab Technician at the University of Nebraska. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science & Technology from the University of Nebraska.
