Matthew Cook has extensive experience in administrative roles and lifeguarding. Currently serving as a Casual Lifeguard at Telford & Wrekin Council and Sandwell Leisure Trust since September 2023 and November 2017 respectively, Matthew has also been a Failsafe Administrator at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust since March 2017, managing reports, emails, and clinic schedules. Previous roles include CHIS Administrator at NHS Trust, where duties involved data management and customer queries, and various administrative positions at Phoenix Hall and Nova Recruitment Services Limited. Additionally, Matthew has a background in karate, having served as a judge/referee and instructor from March 2014 to November 2017. Matthew holds an Associate’s Degree in Microsoft from Zenos IT Academy and a diploma in Business/Office Automation from Dartmouth High School.
