Katherine Mellis is an experienced Investment Professional with a background in healthcare and corporate development. Currently serving as a Board Observer for CardioSignal by Precordior and FarmInsect, and a Venturist at Sandwater, Katherine previously held roles as a Board Observer at Alex Therapeutics and as an Investment Professional at Hadean Ventures, focused on deal sourcing and due diligence. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included healthcare-focused M&A, and as an Associate Director Intern at Theramex, concentrating on women's health acquisition analyses.
