Jo Morgan currently serves as Vice President and Head of Compliance at Sandvik, a position held since July 2023. Prior roles include Director of Ethics and Compliance at BT from March 2020 to July 2023, and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Rolls-Royce from April 2014 to March 2020. Jo Morgan's extensive compliance experience also includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Company Secretary at IMI plc from March 2000 to April 2014, and as Assistant Solicitor at Pinsent Masons from June 1997 to February 2000. Jo Morgan holds an LLB in Law from the University of Liverpool (1993-1996) and a Legal Practice Course degree from Nottingham Law School (1996-1997).
