Cephas Matika has extensive experience in sales management, having worked at Sandvik Mining and Construction Limited since September 2003, where roles included Sales Manager and Manager Sales. Prior to this, Cephas served as a Sales Representative at Caridon Abrasives (Pvt) Ltd from January 1981 to August 2003. Cephas holds a Sales Management and Marketing Diploma from The College of Professional Management in Britain, completed in 1998.
