Marianne Hindsgaul's work experience starts in 2001 as a Marketing Manager at Cool Chili AS, where they were responsible for sales, marketing, brand building, and employee recruitment and training. Marianne then worked as a Regional Manager at Nikita Hair Norway AS from 2009 to 2012, overseeing financial results and HR.

In 2013, Hindsgaul became the CEO and Co-Founder of Bubbly Group AS, a company focused on interactive kiosks and customer data collection. Marianne simultaneously served as the CEO of Headmasters Norway AS from 2013 to 2014, leading a chain of hair and beauty salons.

Hindsgaul's career then shifted to the technology sector, with roles such as Class XX at Alchemist Accelerator in 2018, Advisor at Kat is Brassy / Brassybra starting in 2017, and CEO and Co-Founder of Bobly Inc. from 2017 to 2022. At Bobly Inc., they developed a gamified software solution for customer feedback and achieved significant revenue growth.

From 2020 to 2022, Hindsgaul worked as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Customer Success at Swyft Inc., an AI-based self-service retail platform. Marianne also served as a member of the DEI Advisory Council at SaaSy Sales Leadership, a training and development organization focused on technology access and inclusion.

Currently, Hindsgaul is the Managing Director Europe at SandStar, an artificial intelligence company specializing in computer vision technology for the retail industry. Founded in 2016, SandStar has a strong engineering team and provides advanced retail solutions worldwide.

From 1986 to 1989, Marianne Hindsgaul attended BI Norwegian Business School. Marianne studied marketing, economic management, and board competence but did not obtain a specific degree during this period.
