Stephanie McLarty is an experienced Senior Engineering Technician at SandRidge Energy since August 2010, where responsibilities include collaborating with Surface Owners and field representatives to settle damages, as well as managing the distribution of Notice of Entry and Surface Damage Settlement and Release Documents. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as a Haynesville Shale Drilling Tech and Permian Drilling Tech at Chesapeake Energy from May 2002 to August 2010. Stephanie received education from the Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI).
