Sivan Sergott is an experienced office manager and bookkeeper currently working at Sandra Network since April 2017, where responsibilities include answering customer support calls, scheduling technicians, managing correspondence, and overseeing financial transactions through Quickbooks. Prior to this role, Sivan served as a jewelry designer and consultant at Treasures Over Time, specializing in creating custom engagement rings and wedding bands, and also co-owned a retail business offering jewelry and unique gifts. Sivan's extensive background in the jewelry industry began as an in-house gemologist and manager at Boston Gems and Findings, where foundational business skills were developed.
