Andrew Holmes is an experienced retail operations leader with a robust background in the grocery sector. Currently serving as the Director Of Retail Operations at Sandpiper CI since November 2019, previous roles include Head of Stores South at the food WAREHOUSE and Group Operations Director for BinDawood Group, where responsibilities included overseeing a portfolio of 67 stores and developing comprehensive operational functions across Saudi Arabia. With a strong history at Asda, including Senior Director and Regional Operations Manager positions, Andrew managed significant teams and financial turnovers while implementing strategic initiatives. Early career experience includes key management roles at Tesco and Lidl in Germany, where Andrew accumulated expertise in district management and operations, achieving substantial turnover and team leadership.
