Jens has also held significant positions at Aesica Pharmaceuticals Ltd, UCB, Schwarz Pharma AG, and Bayer. Jens has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and a proven track record in managing engineering operations.

Jens Galonska attended Anhalt University of Applied Sciences from 1995 to 2000, where they obtained a Dipl.-Ing. (FH) degree in Process Engineering.
