Elisa Fiorello has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Elisa most recently served as the VP People & Organization for North America at Sandoz, where they were responsible for implementing the HR agenda for the Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of HR for the Global Biopharmaceuticals Business Unit, where they provided strategic guidance to the global leadership team. Elisa also served as the Head of HR for Global Product Development and Portfolio, as well as the Head of HR for Global Quality at Sandoz. Before joining Sandoz, Elisa worked as the Head of HR for Italy and as an HR Generalist & Communication Manager at Sandoz. Prior to that, they gained experience as an HR Manager at Scharper Spa and as an HR Assistant at Stepstone.

Elisa Fiorello obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht in 2002-2003. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Classico G. Leopardi, where they focused on Classic Studies. Elisa also studied law at Università degli Studi di Milano.
