Francesco Ientile

Francesco Ientile's work experience includes serving as a Sales Advisor at Pegasus Evolution since February 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager at Sandler from January 2017 to the present, where they made significant improvements to the sales process, team structure, and productivity. From April 2015 to December 2017, Francesco was a Leadership Coach and Education Director at Core Coaching Institute, where they co-created and managed coaching programs and pioneered virtual training. Francesco also achieved notable success as an Engagement Manager for Network Integration at AT&T from March 2006 to March 2015, consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Francesco Ientile completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business & Organizational Behaviour from McGill University in 2000. Francesco also obtained a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 1999. In 2010, Francesco became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach after completing the program at Coaches Training Institute (CTI).

Francesco has acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2001, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Francesco also obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation in December 2015. Francesco is a Certified Extended DISC Trainer accredited by Extended DISC powered by FinxS in 2017. In 2014, they achieved the Core-Self Certified Coach designation from the Core Coaching Institute.
