Matt Nicole Fajardo is an experienced R&D Electronics Engineer and Digital Circuit Designer currently working at Sandia National Laboratories. In addition to this role, Matt also serves as a Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer at Invictus Hardtech. Previous experience includes an internship as an Electrical Engineering and PCB Designer at SpaceBot, where optimization of spatial data analysis was the focus. Matt has also contributed to logistics and troubleshooting in PCB lab operations as a Research Assistant at the Built Environment Research Group. In earlier roles, Matt developed an internship program for startups at the Ed Kaplan Family Institute for Innovation and Tech Entrepreneurship and mentored first-year students at Illinois Institute of Technology. Matt holds a Master’s degree in Technological Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
