Colleen Ferrier is an experienced professional in the fields of human rights, social performance, and sustainability, currently serving as the Human Rights & Social Performance Manager at Sandfire since February 2016. Over the years, Colleen has held multiple titles, including Principal ESG and Senior Advisor Sustainability, and has been actively involved in managing sustainability reporting, community engagement, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Colleen's background includes a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Murdoch University, a Master of Business Administration from Curtin Graduate School of Business, and ongoing studies in Sustainability and Climate Change Policy at Curtin University. Previous roles at Sandfire Resources and Norman Disney & Young have further honed Colleen's expertise in contract management and project assistance.
