Sjur Huseby possesses extensive experience in engineering and environmental advisory roles, currently serving as Avdelingsingeniør in the kommunalteknisk planavdeling at Sandefjord kommune since August 2020. Prior to this position, Sjur worked as an Advisor in water and environment at Asplan Viak AS from July 2014 to August 2020 and led the Sensory Panel at Rieber & Søn ASA from March 2012 to November 2013, where responsibilities included organizing sensory testing and statistical analysis for product development. Sjur holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bergen, earned between 2005 and 2011, and a Cand. Scient in Computational Biology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, completed in 2005.
