Scott Krause has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, spanning over three decades. Scott began their career at Disneyland in 1981 as an Attraction Host before moving on to the Grand Hotel in 1990, where they served as an Executive Assistant Manager. From 1992 to 1995, they worked as a Regional Manager for Carlson Hotels, overseeing multiple properties and handling budgeting and sales planning. In 1996, they joined Abbey Group Resorts as the Senior Vice President, leading operations for three major properties and supervising the largest full-service spa in the Midwest.
