Chris Willis, CSPO, currently serves as a Staff Technical Writer at SandboxAQ, focusing on developing user documentation within a docs-as-code framework for an AI Quantum cybersecurity software company. Previously, Chris held the role of Principal Technical Writer at Toptal, working in a contract-to-hire capacity to establish a technical writing practice. As an Independent Consultant, Chris managed legacy data cleansing and migration projects for a nonprofit agency. At Ad Hoc LLC, Chris acted as Senior Product Manager, leading a high-profile enterprise system modernization for the US Veterans Administration. Additional experience includes significant roles in product management at InVision Group and eLearning Brothers, as well as founding positions at Media 1, ApprentiPro, and Xperiocity, where Chris focused on eLearning development and technological innovation. Chris holds a BS in Arts & Media from Grand Valley State University and is furthering education through Reforge.
