Galyna Pidpruzhnykova, PhD, is an accomplished executive coach and advisor, currently focusing on empowering leaders since May 2023. As a senior director and former director and manager of business strategy at atai Life Sciences since March 2020, Galyna has a robust background in innovation strategy within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Galyna is also an active member and board chair of Sandbox, promoting community empowerment, and served as a member of the supervisory board at Kures. With extensive experience as a vice-president and member of various organizations, such as ShARE and BSNL BioScience Network Lausanne, Galyna has contributed significantly to business development, recruitment, and collaboration with industry partners. Galyna's academic background includes a PhD in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from EPFL, a Master’s in Neuroscience from the University of Tübingen, and a Bachelor's in Biology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
