Damian Madray currently serves as Creative Director at HELO and Product Strategist at Alpha Studio, while also advising for habRitual and consulting on product development through TheMadray. As the Founder of Glint Worlds, Damian specializes in designing experiential environments that foster connections among individuals and with nature. Notably, Damian was the Founder and CEO of Presence, a company acquired in 2021, and previously led creative direction at Honeylove and TheGlint, an experiential collective. Educational credentials include studies in Entrepreneurship from 500 Startups and a Diploma in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Toronto. Damian's extensive experience encompasses roles at Sandbox and ZÅ«nya, with a strong emphasis on creating impactful experiences.
