Andrea Groves Hoff, MCP, PhD is a Lecturer at San Diego State University since August 2022, sharing knowledge and experience with Masters of City Planning students. Andrea has a background in urban planning with experience as a Senior Project Manager at SANDAG, Senior Planner at Civic Solutions, and various planning roles at other organizations. Andrea holds a PhD in Planning, Policy, and Design from UC Irvine, a Master's degree in City Planning from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
