Catherine Gorham has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Catherine is currently working as a Coaching Supervisor at Sanctus, where they provide support and guidance to Sanctus coaches. Prior to this, Catherine had their own independent practice as a Coach, Supervisor, and Consultant, working with various organizations such as Sussex Police, Maple Power, Zurich Insurance, and Cats Protection.

Catherine also worked part-time as a Master Coach at Frontline, where they established and supervised a network of coaches focused on driving culture change within Children's Services. Catherine created a coaching community that fostered safe sharing and supported the coaches' professional growth.

In their previous roles, Catherine served as a Principal Organisational Development and Design Consultant/Executive Coach at the Home Office, where they supported leaders and teams with complex change and transition. Catherine also held the position of Head of OD and Talent at Defra, where they facilitated transformational change initiatives and built leadership capability.

Catherine's earlier experiences include working as an OD Business Partner at NHS Business Services Authority, serving as Director at Be The Difference Consulting, and working as the Head of People Development (Marketing & Comms) at Barnardo's. Catherine also held the role of Programme Director - Preparing for Top Management at the Cabinet Office and worked as CPD/Marketing Manager at The Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Overall, Catherine has demonstrated expertise in coaching, supervision, leadership consultancy, and organizational development. Catherine has worked with a range of clients in various sectors, including government, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.

Catherine Gorham has a diverse education history. Catherine holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Strategic Personnel and Development from the University of Hull. Catherine also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in Business Administration with German from Loughborough University. In addition, they hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching from the University of Chester.

Moreover, Catherine completed a Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in the year 2016.

Additionally, Catherine Gorham obtained a certification as a Fearless Organization Scan Accredited Practitioner in June 2021 from The Fearless Organization Scan institution.
