Josephine Weidner has six years of work experience. Josephine started their career as a Research Assistant at DevTech Research Group - Tufts University in 2018. In the same year, they also worked as a Teaching Assistant for Computer Science at Tufts University. In 2019, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Ellevation Education. In 2020, they worked as a Code and Content Development Intern at Codio, as well as a Software Engineer & Project Lead and Associate Software Engineer at Corvus Insurance. Josephine is currently employed at Sanctuary Computer Inc as a Full Stack Engineer & Project Lead since 2022.

Josephine Weidner attended Dobbs Ferry High School from 2012 to 2016, where they earned an International Baccelaureate. Josephine then attended Tufts University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In 2018, they also studied at Universidad Católica del Uruguay 'Dámaso Antonio Larranaga’.
