Digvijay Sodha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and project management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Special Projects at Sanctuary AI since February 2023, Digvijay has successfully led projects such as the 6S program and the workspace safety program. Previously, Digvijay held the position of Amazon Pathways Manager, leading a team of over 200 associates to enhance product processing efficiency. With a strong military background, Digvijay served in the Indian Navy for nearly two decades, culminating in roles such as Deputy Director at the Maritime Warfare Centre and Commanding Officer of a warship. Academic qualifications include an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business and a Master of Arts from King's College London, among others.
