Henrique Dantas is a co-founder and COO of Sanctu, a company focused on replanting forests and boosting local prosperity, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dantas accumulated extensive experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from January 2015 to December 2023, progressing from Consultant to Project Leader, and finally to Principal (Director). Dantas also served as an MBA Summer Intern at Suzano, working on open innovation for reforestation, and held a consultant position at Strategy& in 2014. Dantas holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and has additional qualifications from Harvard University and Politecnico di Milano, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
