Shane Groah, PMP, is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in security and counter-insider threat programs. Currently serving as Program Manager for the Marine Corps Counter-Insider Threat Program at SANCORP Consulting, LLC since April 2021, Shane has previously held roles as a Counter-Insider Threat Program Analyst and Senior Project Consultant for the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of the Navy. Shane's background includes developing policies to enhance law enforcement practices, managing significant personnel distributions for Marine Corps law enforcement, and executing security operations for high-ranking officials. With a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from the Naval Post Graduate School and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration from San Diego State University, Shane combines educational expertise with over two decades of military service in the United States Marine Corps.
