Edson Velozo is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in academia and clinical practice. Since March 2008, Edson has held multiple roles at Universidad Adventista del Plata, including Professor of Clínica Médica II and Secretary of Extension at the Faculty of Health Sciences. Concurrently, since January 2008, Edson has served as Medical Manager and Head of the Rheumatology Unit at Sanatorio Adventista del Plata, alongside directing the Department of Teaching and Research. Edson was President of the Asociación de Reumatología del Noreste Argentino from December 2020 to December 2022 and worked as a Rheumatology Physician at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires from April 2005 to December 2007.
