Tamara Zimmerman currently serves as the Compensation Benefits Manager at Safresco since May 2023, following a significant tenure at San Miguel Global, where Tamara held the roles of Compensation and Benefits Manager as well as Payroll Coordinator from July 2015 to the present. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Payroll Administrator at National Oilwell Varco from October 2014 to July 2015 and Payroll Administrator at Sundays River Citrus Company from January 2008 to September 2014. Early career experience includes working as a Team Admin & Technical Assistant at Ford Motor Company from January 2005 to August 2007. Tamara holds a National Diploma in Payroll Administration Services and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Informatics at the University of South Africa, expected to complete in 2025.
