Richard Wong has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Richard has held positions such as Payroll Analyst at San Mateo County Community College District since 2019. Prior to that, they worked as Classified Payroll Supervisor at Palo Alto Unified School District from 2018 to 2019, where they managed payroll processing for 900 employees and supported HR functions. From 2016 to 2018, Richard served as Payroll Program Manager at Oakland Unified School District, overseeing a budget of $479 million and acting as Director of Payroll.
