David Boicourt is a versatile professional with experience in education, technology, and management. Currently serving as a bartender at the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks since May 2024 and as a substitute teacher for the San Luis Coastal Unified School District, David brings a diverse skill set from previous roles.
