Sbeydeh Viveros-Walton currently serves as City Councilwoman for the City of San Leandro and holds multiple leadership positions, including Director of Higher Education at Public Advocates and Community Engagement Advisory Boardmember for California's Cradle-to-Career Data System. As Higher Education Advisor for Consulado De Mexico, Sbeydeh provides support on educational issues, particularly regarding the IME Becas Scholarship Program. Additionally, Sbeydeh is Co-Chair of the Community Advisory Board for KQED and Vice Chair of the East Bay Women's Political Alliance, focusing on increasing women's representation in politics. Past roles include Director of Policy, Government & Community Relations at 10,000 Degrees, President of the Peralta Colleges Foundation, and Chief of Staff at SFGoodwill. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, a Master of Public Administration from San Francisco State University, and an Associate's Degree from Chabot College.
