Kim Ott has over two decades of experience in financial analysis and civil operations. Currently serving as Chief Civil Deputy at San Juan County Sheriff since July 2010, Kim has honed expertise in law enforcement procedures and civil duties. Prior roles include Credit & Collection Analyst at GST Telecom from August 1996 to November 2000 and Credit Analyst at American General Finance from June 1990 to July 1996, where significant skills in credit management and collections were developed.
