Mia Napolitano is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Manager of Marketing for the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer team, where a notable achievement includes contributing to the record-breaking attendance of 50,675 during the Leagues Cup on July 27, 2024. Mia's prior roles with the organization encompass Coordinator of Digital Communications and Marketing Assistant, where responsibilities included managing marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. In addition, Mia holds a position as a Board Member for the Marketing Communications Committee of WISE SF Bay Area and has been a referee for the U.S. Soccer Federation since May 2014. An undergraduate research fellow at California Polytechnic State University, Mia has published work in sports and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology.
