Cynthia Martinez is a Science Teacher at San Gabriel Unified School District, where Cynthia teaches 8th-grade science using an integrated, project-based instructional model. Cynthia also works as an Instructor at Youth Science Center, facilitating hands-on STEM lessons for K-6 grade students. Cynthia previously served as a Program Associate at Sustainable Agriculture Education (SAGE), conducted research at the University of California, Berkeley, and has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from UC Berkeley. Currently, Cynthia is pursuing a Master of Science in Science Education at California State University, Long Beach.
