Niksa Nikodinovic, PhD, is a seasoned analyst currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Strategic Management Bureau at the City & County of San Francisco - Police Department since January 2020. Prior to this role, Niksa worked as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst for the Cook County Sheriff's Department, focusing on criminal intelligence research and background investigations. Extensive experience includes a decade as a Special Advisor and Projects and Research Manager at the Police Union of Serbia, where efforts involved risk assessment, legislative compliance, and police corruption investigations. Additionally, involvement with the European Police Union as Head Security & Intelligence Analyst led to significant advancements in police training standards across Europe. Niksa has a PhD in Political Science and Government from the University of Belgrade and multiple certifications in security and criminal justice.
