Andrew Bley, GISP, serves as a Crime Intelligence Analyst for the City & County of San Francisco Police Department since October 2015, where significant accomplishments include the development of the department’s first GIS server, integrating various data sources to enhance law enforcement operations. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Andrew has also operated Bley Geographics, a firm focused on GIS coordination and analysis, and held key roles including Senior GIS Manager at Tetra Tech and GIS Coordinator for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy. Andrew's experience extends to a political candidacy for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 2011, which provided valuable insights into the local democratic process. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Geography and Environmental Studies from San Francisco State University.
