Dan Mellott is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Faculty Lecturer at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, Dan previously co-founded and held the positions of CEO and CTO at Left Turn Studios. Dan has also contributed to Anthropic as a Manager of the API Team and was a Member of the Technical Staff. Dan's significant tenure at Amazon Web Services (AWS) included roles as Senior Software Development Manager, Software Development Manager, and Senior Software Engineer, all focused on AWS Organizations. Earlier in Dan's career, experience as a Software Engineer at Stripe was also gained. Dan holds a Master's degree in Computers and Information Technology from the University of Pennsylvania and an Associate's degree in Sign Language Interpreting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
